The red wines mature during several months in our cellar before being bottled.
Some cuvées of white and
rosés as well as red wines are aged in oak barrels .The wood is used as a support for the
wine, to bring out the fruit and freshness, So the choice of the barrels (type, origin and toasting of the
wood) , the length of ageing are adapted to the nature and future of each wine.

The bottling is done at the estate,after soft filtration or even
without filtration.
The cellar is underground, and if needed
air-conditionned,
to ensure constant temperature.
